THE BARBERS
CHARLIEBYB
Trained at one of Spain’s most prestigious academies, he moved to Granada after graduating to gain hands-on experience with Yolanda and her team, where he spent over a year refining his craft. He later joined a traditional barbershop in Cádiz run by the Virogas family—three generations of heritage—where he deepened his mastery of classic techniques and elevated his approach to customer care.
Some time later, Eloy Moreno, the director of the academy where he studied, invited him to return as an instructor. Over nearly two years, he fully unlocked his potential, completing more than 50 advanced trainings. Highlights include Vidal Sassoon, Toni & Guy, Men’spire, and Kevin Luchmun. During this period, he also worked alongside leading industry figures such as Lolo Rodríguez, Alejandro Valencia, Fran Aranda, and Ismael de Mora.
After building a solid professional foundation, he moved to Marbella to join the renowned Harrison barbershop. Ultimately, driven by the desire to shape his own vision of the craft, he set out to create a barbershop of his own.
GARRIDO
He began his hairdressing journey in Madrid, where he trained and worked for several years, building the solid technical foundation and confidence needed to take his craft to the next level. After gaining valuable experience in the Spanish scene, he set out in search of new challenges abroad, first in Malta and later in Amsterdam—two destinations that allowed him to shape a more global, versatile perspective on barbering.
His time in Amsterdam became a turning point in his career. There, he joined the iconic Cut Throat Amsterdam, one of the most respected barbershops in the world, known for its precision, creativity, and contemporary approach to men’s grooming. Through dedication and exceptional skill, he rose to the position of manager, refining not only his technical expertise but also his leadership, team-building, and customer experience philosophies.
After several years immersed in one of the industry’s most influential environments, he felt it was time for a new chapter. Marbella became his next destination
